IMPACT INITIATIVES

From our beginnings, we have worked focused on boosting entrepreneurship and innovation from Cantabria, always looking at the national and international scene.

Thanks to the good practices developed in the latest years, to our capacity of working in a networking of hundreds of organisations from the public and private sector, and to the scalability of all our initatives, we have been endorsed by the European Commission to lead several projects that foster entrepreneurship and the soft skills of people around the continent.

SKILLS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY

All digital training and on-site programmes we develop at CISE boost the development of the competencies that the EU has defined within the ‘EntreComp’ framework and which companies are looking for when hiring talent.

As well as defining the skills and attitudes that the ‘entrepreneurial spirit’ involves, EntreComp serves as a guide to create the policies needed to develop the essential soft skills for both personal and professional growth.
